My philosophy of care is to deliver meaningful and high-quality care. I understand that medicine can be complex, so I focus on providing individualized and unique medical plans for my patients. I strive to become the best physician for my patients and also a friend and mentor in all stages of life. I completed my medical education at Universidad Aut?noma de Guadalajara Facultad de Medicina Guadalajara, earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, Austin, and completed my internship at New York Medical College. I also completed my residency at Texas Tech University.

I had a great visit with Dr. Salinas. I really appreciate that he looked at my medical history before coming to the appointment. I didn’t need to repeat my whole (very long) history. He had great bedside manner and we had a pleasant conversation. I would definitely recommend him to others in the market for a Primary Care Physician.

I needed to find a new PCP that would treat a few issues, one was for my ADD.
The transition to Dr Garza Salinas was as smooth as possible.
I absolutely recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a new PCP.
