Francisco Hernandez PA-C is a certified family medicine physician assistant and a recent graduate of the Primary Care Physician Assistant Program at the Keck School of Medicine. Growing up in Los Angeles and completing his undergraduate studies at UC Riverside, Mr. Hernandez is committed to working alongside the underserved community. He has dedicated his time volunteering in free clinics in the Inland Empire, in predominantly Spanish-speaking communities, as well as current involvement in patient education with the homeless population of Los Angeles County.
His passion lies in family medicine and believes health is a dialogue between patient and provider. He seeks to better his community through understanding, humility and respect. Through guidance with evidence based medicine, it is his hope his patients can make safer and healthier choices, leading fulfilling and healthy lives. In collaboration with fellow physicians and physician assistants, he strives to better serve the diverse and multicultural community that composes the city he grew up in.
