About Leah Ghadimi
Born and raised in Glendale, CA, Ms. Ghadimi has always had a passion for providing care to others. From a young age, Ms Ghadimi admired her mother, and wanted to follow her foot steps in becoming a nurse who advocated for patients and her community. She spent her childhood learning from her mother’s stories. Ms. Ghadimi became a Registered Nurse at the age of 22 and soon after joined a medical mission to Armenia. On the mission she was able to provide care to many underserved patients but realized it wasn’t enough. Soon after, she applied and started her Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Southern California with rotations and subsequent work aiding underserved populations in greater Los Angeles.
Ms. Ghadimi joined Elevate Health to return her services to her community. With Elevate Health, she is able to provide the patient-centered care she has always believed in.

Leah is super sweet and also clearly is very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable asking her questions and talking to her about my health, and she is a great communicator when describing procedures or prescribing medications/treatments. She takes the time to make sure all my concerns have been addressed and that I understand the reasons behind her suggestions, and I never feel judged or dismissed. I highly recommend!

Really friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure that I felt like I had voiced all my concerns before she left. She gave me a list of specialists that the office had printed out, which I could continue to see. They also helped me set up a women's exam for the following week.
