Love Dr. G. He always shoots you straight. You want fluff and to drag out the Dr’s expertise, go to another Ortho. It is tough to get in to him, but we appreciate his honesty!
Verified patient
Liked his expertise. Knew what was most likely going on right away. Ordered testing and follow-up visit. Only sees patients in the late afternoons and evenings at different offices.

Visit came to a close early due to x-rays not having been sent by lab. Rescheduled, and looking forward to next visit.
While I have follow up testing and potentially more visits, my first visit was a very timely and positive experience.
He was a very knowledgable and sweet doctor. He was able to explain to me exactly what was going on with my hands.
Awesome, excellent professional, right away, good team, excellent physical therapist too, congratulations

Dr. G was very kind and frank. He helped solve my problem in just two visits. I would highly recommend him.
Upbeat, capable office staff. Great doctor who was a good listener and with very good human interaction.
Verified patient
Knowledgeable and confident. Listened to what I had to say before jumping to conclusions and diagnosing.
Doctor and staff were nice but wait was 1 hour +. People were sitting out in the halls when I arrived.
Verified patient
Very professional, great bedside manner, answered all of your questions thoroughly. I'm very pleased!
Verified patient
Great appt as usual but was running way late. An hour is a long time to wait when you have an appt.
Verified patient
Great visit. We are backing and needed quick help. He took care of us and got us back on trail
Verified patient
Red flags. No paper work for estimate of treatment & not correct regarding my insurance.
Too hurried. Terrible listener. Waited an hour. Got 4 minutes of the doctor's time.
Excellent physical and intuitively knew what to look for. Ordered appropriate test.
Verified patient
Busy place so he was quick with my visit, but I think his assessment was spot on.
90 min wait time followed by a 2 min uninvolved check in. Won't be going back.
Great staff and the dr really took his time in evaluating my issues.
Verified patient
It was a good appointment. He explained everything and was patient.

This is my second time coming to him as my body is falling apart. He's quick, friendly and was effective in treating my issues in the past.
Verified patient
Very helpful and preliminary visit to understand proper diagnosis is TBD. Dr. Giacometti understood my issue and is taking steps to determine a proper treatment for my neck & spine trauma. I look forward to my follow up appointment.
Multiple times I've seen Dr. G and it was a wonderful experience as usual. Fill out the info ahead of time to speed up the process, it's well worth it. We had a 2:30 appt, got there at 2:15 and were in the car at 2:45 leaving. Fast and excellent service. Highly recommend!

As I've said many times, it's not the doctor at fault, necessarily, but this office has caused me great pain & a great deal of missing work related activities. Lost MRI; then when I replace it - my time, my $$$, they change the rules again. NOT HELPFUL!!!

If you'd like to wait two hours after your scheduled appointment for a doctor who must have a relative on the NYU admissions board , this is your doctor. The best doctors seem to make up for their emotional and interpersonal deficits with extraordinary understand and implementation of their practice. Dr. Giacometti is one of those rare practitioners who holds both interpersonal deficits and an underwhelming practice.
He's only at this location on Fridays so it was extremely packed. They work pretty fast. I wanted 30 mins after my appointment time and say him for 10 mins. He referred me to a hand doctor and scheduled surgery the next day with a different doctor. Cool with me.

Doctor was great, came in and knew what the problem was by the restriction of movement by my knee. Looking forward to my follow up appointment to see how to fully recover my MCL
Verified patient
Complete self absorbed moron.
I have nothing against Dr. Frank G as my time with him was actually good, however his office needs work. I went in with posterior knee pain and was told that they would be scheduling me an MRI and booked a follow up appointment for 2 weeks after my original visit to go over the results. It has been over a week and the office hasn't contacted me. I cancelled the follow up and found a new doctor. I explained why I was cancelling and an apology was not offered just confirmation of cancellation. While I was in the waiting room a similar instance happened with another patient who was frustrated that their MRI was never scheduled as well as documents never being sent to their lawyer. Any office that doesn't put their patients as top priority should not be overseeing medical issues. Dr. Frank - get better front desk people!
I like that he introduced himself and asked questions . I like that he examined me right away and quickly diagnosed what was wrong and given me recommendations .He was quick and talk too fast but I like that he was accurate and pinpoint what needed to be done .
My kind of doctor visit! Show up on time, get seen on time and get immediate treatment. No hassles, no wasting of my time. I've had four appointments with Dr. G and in three of those appointments it was a similar routine get in, get done, get out. Perfect.

Good service. I've had three visits with Dr. Giacometti and all have gone well with respect to the wait time and the interaction with the doctor.
Verified patient
He is very straight forward doctor, explained everything in detail, gives sufficient time to patient. Definitely expert in his field.

i probably wouldn't go back to him.. came into the patients room with a beverage in his hand. ask me to stand up and try and touch my toes. right away said i needed physical therapy. he wasn't in the room for more than 3 min. i am not happy with this medical visit.
Verified patient
My experience was very positive. Both the doctor & staff were very professional and friendly. I left extremely comfortable in both my treatment plan and with the procedure done that day. I did not expect to receive immediate relief for my hand issue but was pleasantly surprised to have that done. Grateful to have made this connection and know that he will easily met my needs with my other ortho issues.

Wait was chaotic and wait room was crazy offic staff didn't get there till 340 my appointment was at 330 along with a few others- they didn't have a sign in sheet so it was pretty much whoever got there to sign in for grabbed first until a few of us that we're waiting complained then they went by appointment times- the back office staff was WONDERFUL!!! Doctor was amazing!!! Defiantly would recommend this doctor even though his front office staff is very for lack of better word s late and in organized
Verified patient
Very good appt. Same day in and out and the paperwork in advance really sped things up. Only unfortunate was the MRI was booked so I couldn't get that done at the same time but overall...an excellent experience!
Verified patient
Dr Giacobetti was very thorough in his examination with my son and very personable with him. He explained the anatomy of the knee and the procedure of the surgery with him.
Verified patient
The best orthopedic "hands down" I went to visit Dr frank because i injured my knee skating, I "read" him before he even walked in the door.. Lol Dr frank was very patience, sooo friendly and very professional. It was less then a minute and he already knew what could have possibly went wrong with my knee. the receptionist Rebecca was so welcoming, warm and very friendly.. The office smelled just as good as it looks.. I love it.. I am soooo happy I choose this doctors office, it was definitely worth the drive..

I am not sure what to say except when I had my appointment I was on time but the wait time was horrible. When I finally saw the doctor it was for maybe 10 min. His manner was amicable but rushed. With the wait time so long and sitting for that period of time, my back pain increased so much. This will be my last visit. I will need to find someone who is closer and the wait time isn't so long.
Verified patient
Dr. Giacobetti is great very knowledgeable great bedside manner. The wait time is out of control I waited about 2 hours. I really needed to be seen. They recommend being the last appointment
My appointment was rescheduled to an office that was farther away which caused some stress with my back in driving that distance. The personnel was pleasant enough but my wait time was a little long. The visit was rather quick but he was pleasant in his manner. He listened and he showed the proper concern for my condition.
