3 receptionists. 1 was friendly the other 2 completely ignored me. Maybe they were overworked? But a simple, she will be with you shortly, or sorry i cant help you at moment wait on that line would have suffice . I was ignored twice .

First thing I asked before making appointment was if my insurance was accepted, and I was told yes. I waited for more than a month for appointment and just two days prior to it I got a call to inform me that my insurance is not accepted. Pure waste of time and very unprofessional way of handling patients

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Rutkovsky. He had an excellent bedside manner and listened to me explain my issue. I needed to schedule an endoscopy with him and he was able to do it the following week. He explained everything in detail as to what was going to happen. I’d definitely recommend him to others.

I literally drove 2 hours to come see Dr. Rutkovsky. He is through, listens to my concerns, gives me recaps of everything we went over. Best primary I have ever had. I refuse to give him up. Furthermore he has the most amazing nurse.
