Dr. Silfen completed his undergraduate education at Baylor University and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital/Case Western Reserve University where he received specialized training in his areas of expertise. Dr. Silfen is board certified from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is currently on staff at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, West Boca Medical Center, and the Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center. He is currently an Affilate Assistant Physician at Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine, at Florida Atlantic University and has practiced in Boca Raton for the past 28 years.

My doctor is very gentle, proactive, thorough and works efficiently. The office staff communicates well with each other and myself to ensure everyone is organized, informed and receiving the best care. They go the extra mile to ensure it remains affordable and convenient. I went through 5 OB/GYNs before discovering Dr. Silfen & his staff.
