About Dr. Gabriela Wojnarska-Alvarez
My name is Dr. Gabriela Wojnarska-Alvarez. I am a Primary Care Physician and a Nephrology specialist serving the Pascack Valley Community since 2014.
• As your Primary Care Physician, I serve my patients as the first point of contact for all their healthcare needs. I build long-term relationships with my patients; we focus on preventive care and overall wellness. I offer comprehensive, continuous care for patients of all ages, teens, to seniors. I do Preventive screenings; I diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Nephrology is the specialty focus on preserving kidney health. I work closely with patients to manage high blood pressure, diabetes, and being overweight, these are the three leading causes of kidney damage. I offer my patients preventive plans and life-saving interventions.
• I perform routine check-ups, physical exams, screening and treatment for anxiety and depression. Health counseling on lifestyle, diet, and exercise. Referrals to specialists when needed and ongoing care coordination across our healthcare system with some of the best board-certified specialists in Pascack Valley. We are located at 221 West Grand Ave, Montvale, NJ
