She was a great listener, very down to earth and affirming. She broke down my treatment plan very clearly and went through my mental health history with me to get a better understanding of my situation. She noticed I was nervous and asked if I was comfortable and continued to check in with how I was feeling. She taught me some great coping techniques for my anxiety. Overall a great experience!

Not helpful for me. Did not seem really interested in helping me, but in covering her own tracks and accusing me of things I did not say. Really a negative experience and I would caution anyone in a mentally vulnerable place to avoid this provider.
