Dr. Kruglyakova earned her MD at the Medical Institute in Russia, and was a fellow in general eye surgery there. She then attended the PhD program in Eye Microsurgery Institute in Moscow, headed by renowned professor S. Fyodorov. Dr. Kruglyakova came to New York for her residencies, which she completed at State University of New York and Albany Medical Center.
With a staggering twenty-nine scientific and scholarly publications to her name, as well as eight patents, Dr. Kruglyakova is recognized by her peers as an important voice in her field. She has delivered presentations at four different International Symposia of Ophthalmologists, and is fluent in both English and Russian.
