I did have to wait about 30 minutes because, even though I checked-in via the sign-in sheet and showed my face, they forgot I was there until I approached the desk again. Otherwise, the office was clean and the doctor and the technician were lovely.”

I’ve had the best NYC optometrist experience with Dr. Almuntaser. She was thorough with her examination and listened patiently to my concerns. She made me feel at ease and explained my condition with great detail and kindness. She even accompanied me to the eye glasses fitting room and gave me her feedback on each pair! Best doctor ever. I cannot recommend Dr. Almuntaser enough.
