Truthfully the best eye doc appointment I’ve ever had. Never have k experienced such close attention to detail from staff and doctor alike. They were great at communicating when I’d be seen but most importantly, being told up front whether or not my insurance would be accepted (in-network) help me KNOW I was in good trustworthy hands. Their frames selection was SO VAST! Glasses of all kinds for every kind. I settled on a pair of Tom Fords, and although pricey I GOT MY MONEYS WORTH. These frames will last me years and the lens can be changed as I go. As far as eye health, the eye doctor examined my eyes and immediately pinpointed my symptoms. IMPRESSIVE.
Thank you so much for the incredible assistance. I’ll be back and so will my friends!

I went to get a contacts and glasses prescription and medical checkup and that was all very standard, but they don't give you the full glasses prescription with PD unless you buy glasses through them. if you want the PD without buying glasses from them, they charge extra. I know other optometrists don't do this, so I'm very disappointed. They clearly prioritize their own business and aren't a proper optometry clinic. They also have a limited selection of glasses, so it doesn't make any sense. Would not recommend

Overall, my experience at the doctor's office was positive. The doctor was thorough and attentive, and the support staff who conducted the initial checks were friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed with the service,when I wanted to buy glasses, I liked the glasses and said that I would buy them later. I wanted to get information about the product and call later to place an order, but the employee who assisted me was unhelpful and unwilling to provide any information or assistance. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience

Zocdoc and office said VSP was within network. They are not, they are out of network. Called VSP and they said this is an out of network office and will only be getting a small portion back. Lights in office are also insanely bright - not migraine friendly if people are prone or have sensitive eyes.

probably because it was the end of the day but office staff didn't seem very attentive and seemed like they were ready to go home. no one was wearing a mask which was a little unsettling . I filled out patient history so I was a little surprised to have the doctor ask me the exact same questions that I answered on the new patient form that I had to fill out upon arrival. seems a little redundant . Overall the doctor was great but the check in process could be improved.
