I was in good health and visited Dr. Kostandy for a check-up. I hadn't been to the doctor for a while, so before every procedure I asked if it was usually covered by insurance as part of a check-up. I was very surprised when I ended up with multiple bills!
Turns out that Dr.Kostandy performed several procedures that are never covered as checkup, and then didn't bill correctly either - none of the paperwork submitted by his office showed my visit as a checkup.
Reached out to Kostandy's office several times, and emailed Doctor but got no response. They are also open only a few days a week.
