About Dr. Gareth Adams

Adams is an experienced, board-certified neurosurgeon with additional specialized fellowship training and expertise in disorders of the spine. Dr. Adams earned his PhD and medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He then completed residency in neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine followed by a combined neurosurgery and orthopedic spine fellowship at the University of Washington. After practicing in Washington for five years, Dr. Adams returned home to Texas. He currently practices at St. Luke’s Health- The Woodlands Hospital. Dr. Adams prides himself on his ability to engage with his patients and help them make informed, careful decisions about their neurosurgical problems. Dr. Adams lives in The Woodlands and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is also a triathlete, avid runner and cyclist.
