I am a board-certified psychiatrist located in a quiet, private office on Central Park West. Unlike many psychiatrists today, I practice both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. I work together with my patients to come up with a treatment plan that fits them best as individuals. In terms of psychotherapy, I utilize a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioral approaches, again tailored to the individual. I see patients with a broad range of diagnoses including Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Adult ADHD, relationship problems, PTSD, and Personality Disorders (persistent maladaptive or self-sabotaging patterns of behavior).
For most insurances, I bill the insurance company directly and charge you only for your co-insurance (as an out-of-network provider). I am in-network only with Aetna.
