I had a 10:45am appointment, and after 5 hours of waiting I was finally given an answer on how my arm was doing. The X-ray guy didn’t show up til 3pm and there were dozens of people waiting to be seen.It was just so chaotic. Everyone was mad and people kept pouring in, making things even worse.

Not great, the doctor was not very thorough and it seemed like he just wanted to go home. Wait times are also very long.

Dr Chen is probably one of the top physicians in his field. Was very impressed with his asking the right questions and immediately diagnosing the problem.

He was professional and kind. My time was cut short due to the Access Bus arriving at 4 pm. It was 3:45 when I saw him.
