I made an appointment for Friday, July 12 at 5 PM. I followed all instructions for the appointment was in the waiting room for the video session. I’ve got no response from Doctor No response from Zocdoc. I waited until 5:45 PM before I closed out of the waiting room waiting for my session to start not sure what happened to would to get an explanation thank you

The provider never showed up

Unfortunately I had kind of an unpleasant experience. My provider was 10 minutes late until be started my session. I felt like this is a pretty big thing I needed help with, and I wasn’t given full attention. Providers child came in at one point and it was distracting. The call ended with a prescription that took hours after the promised time it would make it to the store, and ended with kind of a “make another appointment if you want” and that was that. I just didn’t feel the total investment on their end.
