Dr. Syros is a gem. When you're sitting in front of him, he's 100% present and engaged. He trusts that you've already done your own due diligence as a patient, listens really well, answers questions — you truly feel like you have a partner in your healthcare needs. He even recommended an excellent endocrinologist, which I needed since my previous one moved back to the West Coast (but he didn't know that). I would recommend him to anyone.

Everything was great. Tested my new BP monitor and showed me some techniques.
Wait time was crazy but he genuinely cares and takes time with you.

He's excellent. The wait time was a little long but well worth it.
Excellent doctor.

I was worried about chest pain. Several metrics of health (EKG, cholesterol, family heart history) were in perfect condition and all he had to say was “You have a lot of weight to lose my friend.” I’ve been trying to lose weight! I hate when (mostly white male) doctors suggest weight loss and then provide no referral to a dietician or conversation about weight loss. I could have just gotten the EKG and gone home at that point instead of waiting to get insulted. The nurse practitioner, however, happened to be quite pleasant and attributed my pain to my fibromyalgia diagnosis. I probably should have left after talking to her instead of waiting to talk to the doctor.

Great staff all are very friendly and out going. Dr. Syros was so out going energetic and had a plan on the next step to manage my health issue right away. Extremely knowledgeable in his field. Got labs done right away and test scheduled for next week. All within an hour. I'm also a new patient and had a very in-depth evaluation with PA.
