Hello, I'm Gina. With 25 years of experience in various mental health settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. My journey has allowed me to witness the profound impact of change and trauma on people's lives, and more importantly, the incredible healing that can occur. Whether it's the obvious traumas like abuse and neglect or the less emphasized yet equally devastating ones such as loss of loved ones, job losses, relationship changes, aging, and health changes, I understand the deep emotional toll these experiences can take. These changes can lead to depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and PTSD, and I'm here to help you navigate through them.
I want to be here for you to work on any change or trauma that you are currently facing or perhaps a change or trauma from the past that is continuing to have a negative impact on your life. My goal is to help you develop tools to work through these challenges and begin seeing yourself in a more positive light—as someone who is not defeated but capable of overcoming obstacles and looking towards the future with hope.
I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed Psychologist. My specialty is Clinical Psychology, and my treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide individual therapy and focus on areas such as life transitions, trauma, spirituality, anxiety, ADHD, depression, developmental disabilities, family relationships, and PTSD. Additionally, I offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for your convenience.
Outside of my professional life, I integrate a Christian perspective into my practice, which can be a valuable aspect for those who share similar beliefs. I believe in the power of faith and spirituality in the healing process and am here to support you in a way that aligns with your values.
