About Gladys Ngatchou Happi
Gladys Happi, MSN, FNP-BC, DNPc, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years in nursing and over six years as a nurse practitioner and primary care provider. She has cared for patients in hospitals, family practice, urgent care, and infectious disease settings. She has a special interest in perimenopause and menopause, women’s health, weight loss, and men’s health.
Since 2020, Gladys has served as a family nurse practitioner and co-owner of Happy Family Care Clinic. She treats adults and families for everyday illnesses and ongoing conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, asthma, and weight concerns. She also provides physicals, preventive care, STI treatment, and birth control.
Gladys founded Happy Wellness and Weight Loss in 2023 to give patients a more personal, whole-person approach to their health. The practice focuses on functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and medical weight loss. Rather than treating only symptoms, Gladys looks for the underlying causes and builds a plan that fits each patient’s body, goals, and lifestyle.
As a Perimenopause and menopause specialist, Gladys helps women manage hot flashes, sleep problems, mood changes, weight gain, brain fog, joint aches, and other symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, with both hormone and non-hormone options. She also offers hormone and wellness care for men.
