Dr. Luk is now in her second year at our practice. A graduate of the Northwell Health, Cohen's Children's Medical Center Pediatric Program, she has made herself home here working at both the Lynbrook and Elmont Offices, and we greatly appreciate the relationships she is developing with you, our patients and families.

The whole experience was just ok.
We were seen right away, and the whole process of waiting in the car and going directly into the room was perfect.
The office itself was pretty run down. Not horrible but definitely needed an upgrade.
The wait once we got inside took slightly longer than expected.
The doctor herself was just ‘ok’. Her bedside manner was acceptable but she didn’t make us feel welcomed to the point where we’d make her our primary pediatrician for our child.
I think the office could have done a more thorough check up of our little one. She didn’t check inside his ears, mouth, or nose, which was regularly done by the nurse, the doctor’s intern, and the main doctor at our previous pediatrician.
I will say she was very knowledgeable and did a great job at breaking down the questions that you asked her. But beyond that the entire experience was just ‘Ok’

My children were very excited after visiting Dr. Luk. They are 9 and 7 years old and both had very positive stories to tell me about their new doctor when my wife returned from their visit. Even though both received the dreaded “needle” that kids always fear neither of them carried any negative thoughts about the visit. They were seen very swiftly and treated very well.

Dr. Grace Luk is a great doctor, she was very stern and interested in getting to know more about my son even though he's 10 and she wasn't his primary doctor. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again.

Dr. Luk is wonderful. She has been treating my son since he was born. During this time she has been absolutely wonderful with both him and myself. She answers all of my questions with patience and helps me feel informed and confident at each development stage.
The office staff is really nice also and parking is always available right out front (definitely a perk when lugging a baby in a carrier!)
