I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 2 decades of experience working in diverse psychiatric settings with diverse populations. I specialize in ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem and relationship issues. I believe in assessing the whole person. My journey as a psychiatric practitioner has equipped me with a deep understanding of how, in many cases, mental health conditions are related to environmental, physical or spiritual issues. I focus on effective, evidence-based treatments for a wide spectrum of conditions.
In my private practice, I am passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care. I believe in a patient-centered approach, tailoring treatment to address each person's unique needs and preferences while integrating best practices.

NP Grace is the best Mental health professional that I ever met. Since day one I built a great rapport and actively listens to me. She was compassionate and gave me a sense of security that together we will find a way for me to get better holistically. At the end of all my sessions with with NP Grace. I always walk away with a better appreciation and understanding of my diagnosis, what I want to accomplish and a working plan to get there.
