About Dr. Gregory Levitin
Dr. Gregory Levitin, MD, FACS, is the Founder and Director of Open Sinus - Ear, Nose & Throat. He is a board-certified Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). Dr. Levitin serves as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai.
He earned his Bachelor's degree and Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his internship in General Surgery and residency in Otolaryngology at The Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Levitin is a nationally recognized expert in the management of chronic sinusitis and vasomotor rhinitis. He specializes in non-surgical procedures for all types of nasal conditions, including chronic sinusitis, snoring, and nasal obstruction.
By performing a variety of office-based nasal procedures under local anesthesia-including balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, NeuroMark, Clarifix, Rhinaer, Vivaer, and Latera-Dr. Levitin is able to avoid surgery for more than 90% of his patients.
