I went to the address provided: 200 Middle Neck, Rd. Great Neck, NY 11021, and he was not located there. I called his office twice, and no one picked up. It went straight to voice mail. No one contacted me about his new location-- or where he was and it's not listed.
I wasted a whole day --- took off from work for this appointment, and I didn't even get the appointment. I was upset.

I was not informed until I arrived that I had to change primary care prior to visit. I spent 3 hours getting to this appt. Only to be turned away and unable to refill my HIV medication. The staff was super helpful but it does not change the fact that I am now out of meds and no appt available for a month !!!

I had an appointment supposedly with this Doctor (Dr. Habib Monas) on 5/28/2024 and 6/11/2024, all this time I thought I was being seen by Dr. Habib Monas as I chose him being an IN-NETWORK with my health plan, but to my surprise my insurance EOB shows a different billing provider (Dr. Monahemi) who was an OUT OF NETWORK doctor. I would have known if the doctor who checked up on me had introduced himself. I have another upcoming appointment with supposed Dr. Monas but I will have to cancel due to the reason above
