By booking an appointment, patients acknowledge that ongoing care is provided through a monthly membership program ($249/month) rather than traditional insurance billing.
Month-to-month billing. Can cancel anytime with 30 day notice. Great alternative to traditional urgent care with full 30 day coverage of follow-ups even if you're only looking to take care of an urgent need.
Services include LGBTQ+ affirming care, gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) with informed consent, PrEP and HIV prevention, STI testing/management, sexual health, mental health, GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro), InBody body composition testing, men's health (ED, low testosterone, low libido, premature ejaculation, hair loss), weight management, and comprehensive primary care.

Managing a chronic condition is so much easier when you have a doctor who is accessible and proactive. Dr. Chen takes the time to review everything thoroughly and make adjustments when needed. I never felt like I’m being rushed through an appointment.

As someone with a demanding work schedule, I used to put off doctor's appointments because they were always so inconvenient with Dr. Chen, scheduling is easy. Appointment are on time and I never feel rushed. It's refreshing to have a doctor who actually takes the time to listen and answer questions.

Finding an LGBTQ+ affirming primary care doctor can be challenging. Dr. Chen creates a welcoming environment and makes it easy to discuss sensitive topics without feeling judged. I always feel respected, comfortable and well cared for.

I appreciate that visits aren't just about treating problems after they happen. Dr. Chen provides time reassuring prevention, lifestyle changes, and long-term health goods. It feels much more personalized than any primary care experience I've had before.

I was hesitant about the membership fee at first, but after joining, I completely understand the value. Longer visits, easy communication and direct access to my doctor have made a huge difference. It's healthcare the way it should be.

As a Chinese-speaking patient, I've had appointments in the past where I felt hesitant to ask questions because I wasn't fully confident in my English. Being able to speak Mandarin with Dr. Chen made a huge difference. I felt understood, respected, and never rushed. It's reassuring to have a doctor who can explain things clearly and make sure I truly understand my health.

I've never enjoyed going to the doctor and usually avoided it unless absolutely necessary. Dr. Chen has completely changed that experience. Scheduling is simple, visits are relaxed, and I actually feel comfortable asking questions.
