About Haiqin Deng
Haiqin Deng, FNP-C, MSN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Harmony Primary Care in Rockville, Maryland.
Haiqin completed her undergraduate nursing education at Zhejiang University in China and the Adventist University of the Philippines. After graduating, she worked in the emergency departments at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University and Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province. After relocating to the United States, she joined Inova Alexandria Hospital, where she worked in the Labor and Delivery department as an RN for more than five years while earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.

Dr. Deng is an outstanding primary care physician. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments, and everything is explained clearly and thoroughly. Dr. Deng consistently goes above and beyond. She made time for me even after work hours, she takes the time to listen, and genuinely care about my health.
Her newly renovated office is beautiful, clean, and modern, and it creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The space is well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which really enhances the overall experience and shows how much she cares about her patients’ comfort.
From check-in to check-out, the entire experience is positive.
