“Dr. Masri has seen me several times over the years, he's great. I feel comfortable with him and I trust him. I don't necessarily feel that way about "Sales staff". When he comes in, they should stay out! His "assistant" was so busy upselling that she decided on a procedure that I had not decided on. Immediately after he came in looked at the papers to see what we were to do. He's working on me, and she's guiding him that I'm coming back for another procedure. Result: One side of my face has been treated, the other side not. Sellers need to shut up and allow patients to tell the Dr. what is most urgent and list in order of importance. The deep wrinkle on the left side of my face is still there but other areas and right side have been beautifully treated. I have one lovely cheekbone. I came in to get the deep wrinkle on the left side filled. In any case, I have recommended him to two of my friends today.”

About Dr. Haitham Masri
Haitham Masri, MD is Michigan's first Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, and is also Board Certified in Otolaryngology and in Sleep Medicine. In fact, he is the first in the nation to be Board Certified in all three of these specialties. He is also Michigan's very first specialist officially trained in the external cosmetic nose surgery technique.
Dr. Masri has over 25 years of experience and his training in the field of Facial Plastic Surgery is extensive. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Masri trained in General Surgery residency at the State University of New York and then completed a year of Fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto. He also completed an Otolaryngology residency at Dalhousie University in Canada.
Dr. Masri is certified by the American Board of American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

The waiting time is almost two hours! And that is with an appointment! I never expected the waiting time to be that long. My whole day schedule was messed up.

While I didn't like the long wait of over an hour, sometimes this happens. What is holding me back from having the procedures that I am interested in is their pricing seems to be sky high and there are other options I have.

Dr. Masri is a very good doctor, he's funny, he's honest, he's not intimidation and he's professional. I was super nervous for my Rhinoplasty consultation appointment but his friendly staff made me feel conformable. One of the nurses, Britney, took me into a room to get my full medical history, she was so kind and answered all of my questions.

I love the clean atmosphere, great social distancing in the waiting area. The customer service was excellent and the medical assistant was very professional and knowledgeable.
Most of all I think I jackpot as a new patient meeting Dr. Haitham Masri. He was very attentive as he listened to my concerns while taking care of the main issue. Before I could even leave I felt so much better.

Well, they said I did not have an appointment even though I made one online. They worked me in and he was very busy. I think someone has to contact them and fix the glitches. Overall, I was very happy with the doctor and what he did for me and the nursing staff.
