About Dr. Hari Mitra
My philosophy of care is to treat each patient as if they are my own family. I like to approach each patient’s unique spinal problem on an individual basis. I prioritize listening to my patients in order to develop a comprehensive plan that is tailored for each person.
Dr. Mitra has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal injuries and degenerative disorders and engages each patient to be an active participant in their own care. He enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers as a speaker on spine health at numerous local industries and organizations. Dr. Mitra completed his orthopedic surgery residency at University of Arizona, his complex spine fellowship at Duke University, and his adult/pediatric spine deformity fellowship at the University of California Davis.

I would advise Zocdoc to recommend true doctors who have the innate gift in their field, not doctors working for the insurance company as they do not seek the interest of their patients but rather have them go through a series of unnecessary turmoil and expense so they can make money and more importantly waste their very limited time
