About Dr. Hayes Gladstone
Dr Hayes B. Gladstone is a Board Certified Dermatologic Surgeon specializing in Mohs, Laser and Cosmetic Surgery. He strives for personalized and tailored care for each patient, and views the doctor patient relationship as a partnership.
Dr.Gladstone received his medical degree from the University of Rochester. He completed a surgical internship at University of California, San Francisco, and trained in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington before completing a Dermatology residency and NIH fellowship at the same institution. He then completed a Mohs Surgery and cosmetic surgery UCLA affiliated fellowship under renowned dermatologic surgeon Ronald L. Moy, MD where Dr Gladstone was also a Clinical Instructor.
Dr Gladstone is the former Director of the Division of Dermatologic Surgery at Stanford University and Associate Professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. At Stanford he was recognized for his mohs surgery reconstruction, innovative cosmetic procedures, teaching, and his research which focused on virtual reality, robotics and noninvasive imaging for skin cancer.

I've seen Dr Gladstone at Stanford, at his last practice, and in San Ramon. He is thorough, thoughtful, and accommodating. Having had skin cancer several times, I trust him to help me prevent future occurances. I especially like that he is trustworthy enough to tell me which procedures are not likely to give me my desired results.

Regarding the last question, you should have some rating between "right away" & "less than 30 minutes. " For example, I didn't have to wait long at all. (maybe 10-15 minutes), but it wasn't right away. Still, I was very pleased.
ANY response I give that aren't at the top of the charts is just a reflection of the sudden retirememt of Dr. Mary Hartman and the fact that Dt. Gladstone is not tbe woman dermatologist I once had & loved.

Dr. Gladstone performed a full body checkup as my family history has significant skin cancer. I have been with him since he was at Stanford Hospital. Excellent treatment and few doctors using MOHS technique to reduce the amount of skin removed during an operation.
His staff is excellent and new facility state-of-the-art.
