Office building was very professional, great location, and clean. Staff was amazing!! Had a problem with insurance since we had HMO with United Healthcare and establishing care as new patient but was accepted right away and helped to resolve the issue. United healthcare stated that they could not switch us over because providers are not accepting new patients but is NOT true. still had a problem changing over because of United healthcare, but was still greeted and seen. But Bree really helped us and put a lot of time in to making sure that everything went smooth. Very much appreciated! Everybody in that office was amazing felt really good to be a part of a healthcare organization that has their shit together, unlike where we came from. The physician assistant Heather was amazing as well. Listen attentively, validate and verify some information for my mom‘s medical screening. Overall do happy with this change, this is going to be a great office to be with!! Highly recommended!!
