While the Clinic name is : Med Spa Bar + Wellness Center - the Wellness center does encompass traditional medical care! Such as annual exams , sick vists, GYN care and more !
I intentionally opened a Unique and eccelectic clinic in a non traditional building that is a historic home made over , it looks like your walking up to home with super bright pink doors, to promote an environement that feels warm and welcoming , not your sterile doctor's office.
So often I get asked "am I in the right place???" Yes! You are in the right place!
We do true total care here from medical, holistic, hormones, to aesthetics and take most major insurances.

Heather Maroudas is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife with over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive, holistic care. She believes in treating the mind, body, and soul to achieve overall wellness, incorporating Christ-centered principles into her practice. Heather's passion lies in making holistic, anti-aging, and behavioral health care accessible, offering unique treatments that promote deep healing.
She earned her master's degree in nursing from Emory University, with dual graduate degrees in family medicine and nurse-midwifery. Currently, she is pursuing a third master's degree to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Heather is also certified in advanced techniques, including Botox, Juvederm fillers, bio hormone therapy, microcurrent therapy for chronic and vaginal pain, and rejuvenation.

It’s been horrible. My medication was not called in as promised. I’m sick as heck and had to end up going to urgent care to be seen after spending money here to not get the meds I needed. Total waste of my time and money to top it off they are closed the weekend so couldn’t reach out to anyone to get it sent to pharmacy

My experience visiting Heather was great! She is very friendly and approachable. My visit was quick and painless as an OBGYN wellness visit goes. She answered my questions and put me at ease. I'd recommend her to anyone local to the San Antonio area. She just opened this business so the kinks/clunks of setting up a new business (i.e. - no receptionist) will be worked out in a jiff. This was my first experience seeing an OBGYN outside of a hospital setting, and I was pleased.
