About Dr. Heather Waters
Dr. Waters is a board certified subspecialist in the field of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and her practice includes the full scope of ear, nose and throat issues in patients of all ages. She is also Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Her expertise includes Rhytidectomy (Facelift), Brow Lift, Blepharoplasty and Rhinoplasty (cosmetic nasal surgery), as well as Otoplasty, skin cancer reconstruction of the face and neck and all aspects of functional nasal surgery including Nasal Fracture repair and Septoplasty. Dr. Waters additionally has distinct knowledge in the nonsurgical management of the skin and soft tissue including use of neurotoxins, fillers and laser and chemical rejuvenation.
Dr. Waters graduated with honors from The Ohio State University School of Medicine and Public Health and subsequently completed a residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. After completing her residency, she completed a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with one of the world’s leaders in the field.

I didn't see Heather at all but I did see Jane Kopacki who was one of the best medical professionals I've ever met. Book with her. I needed a surgery which Heather would do but she doesn't seem to be in office this season so I haven't been able to book that.

I recently had the pleasure of being examined by Nancy Higby, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and the amount of time they dedicated to explaining everything to me. Anyone looking for an ENT specialist should definitely consider them.
I have visited several other ENT offices before, but this experience was on a whole different level. The staff was friendly and professional, and every interaction I had with different team members was fantastic. This office truly surpassed all my expectations.

This feels like a factory to see as many patients as possible. I made an appointment with one of the ENT's and was not told until I was in the exam room that the doctor I booked was not who I was seeing. I saw a nurse practitioner who was perfectly lovely and helpful but just clear that the office is focused on quantity and not quality.

I was seen by the PA but everyone overall was extremely friendly, they explained everything in detail. I was not feeling rushed at all so they do make you feel as a patient. Great facility overall they do lots of tests before doctor sees you and everything is there!

Office canceled my appointment visit and said there were no slots just to get rid of me and blamed it on the internet because they reopened slots after I was canceled.
They tried to pawn off the PA on me at first and had the nerve to say it was the same experience and training.
They left me sick with no appointment.

I had a new patient ENT appointment for what I thought was a deviated septum. Everyone in the office (especially the emotional support pup!) was so kind and helpful. The nurse and DNP who saw me answered all my questions and helped me schedule my procedure. Also, the office vibes are immaculate. I highly recommend for any ENT issues or concerns!

I would only recommend coming here for minor ENT issues. Definetly NOT for dizziness! Dr. Waters is younger and doesn’t seem that knowledgable. The nurse told me her specially was injectable and plastic surgery. Which seemed out of place for ENT office.
There office staff is horrible every time I’ve gone to this office . They are rude , talk badly about patients and always cause delays and errors when faxing results and prescription.
They are doing the bare minimum for COVID safety . I would not recommend coming here if you are at high risk. Other offices , send you paperwork prior to your appointment and call or text you when it’s time to come I so you don’t have to wait in the waiting room. Etc They even handed me a dirty iPad to fill out my intake form with. The front desk handed it to me after a clearly sick patient was using it!
