I often feel rushed to explain my ailment to the doctor but Heather was very comfortable to talk to and was an excellent listener. They don't accept my insurance but I go and pay out of pocket anyway because I don't know anybody else to do a better job!

Provider was not a good listener and poor communicator. She took days and even more than a week to respond to me and would respond to me with incorrect medical information of mine which made me feel like she did not even look at my information prior to speaking to me. Also she recommended prescribing me something she had already prescribed me either she did not realize she prescribed or again just did not care to look at my information.
