Dr. Gonzalez graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Kaiser Sunset. He was born in Chicago, Illinois where his parents originally settled after emigrating from Mexico. Chasing better climates, the Gonzalez family decided to make Pico Rivera, California their new home. Dr. Gonzalez recognized that healthcare was not easily accessible and understood by Spanish-speaking people as he was always translating for his parents and five younger siblings. Although Dr. Gonzalez relates well to all his patients, he has a special place in his heart for his patients who only speak Spanish, including those who are recent immigrants. He takes a very personal approach to providing care, carefully guiding patients to a healthier life style. Dr. Gonzalez is a graduate and sport team physician for El Rancho High School in Pico Rivera.
