The front desk staff were very polite and everyone that I spoke to was in good spirits. Some people get anxious at the doctors office so that was important for me as well as their bedside manner. My appointment was such a breeze!

I haven't seen a primary care physician in several years so I was a little anxious. Prior to my hiatus, I was switching PCP's every year because I just could not find one that I was comfortable with. The whole experience with Dr. Heling Dilone-Arellano's office was great. Everyone from the doctor to office staff was warm, kind, patient, sweat and professional. Even the phone call confirmation went well. I think I found my new PCP and family doctor.
