Dr. Henry Slomowitz, DPM
Dr. Slomowitz was appointed chief of podiatry at St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson New Jersey in 1988 and he still currently holds that position. He has not only pioneered a new method of treating heel pain non-surgically in the office called Radio Frequency Lesioning, he also helped design the machine to do it. Diagnostic Ultrasound is new to the podiatry field in general. Dr. Henry Slomowitz has been using this modality for over 10 years and now trains doctors around the country in its use to diagnose problems not seen well with a standard x-ray. He was one of the first group of doctors in New jersey to use Laser to treat toenail fungus.
