NP Hyppolite is an amazing woman. She is very understanding, and takes the time to listen to her patients’ needs before deciding which course of action is most suitable for the patient. I would recommend her to anyone. I was in quite a dire situation, both mentally and physically, and she helped feel inexplicably more positive regarding moving forward into the future. She is truly wonderful.

She seems to know her stuff and appointments are pretty quick in terms of wait time. She only gives a 30-day refill on a (non-controlled substance) medication that I used to get 5-month refills on so that's irritating since my copay is very high. It's also really creepy that you have to wait inside a derelict parking garage like 10 minutes for someone to escort you upstairs. The office is very nice and well-maintained but waiting in that garage is uncomfortable. I was approached last time by 3 people, 2 looking for money and one looking for suboxone. Isn't there an easier way for people to get upstairs to your office?

I was not happy. I stood outside in the freezing cold for over twenty minutes waiting for someone to open the door. I then waited over 25 minutes to be called to see her. We spent 15 minutes talking and that was it. She said she’d send my medication to the pharmacy, but she never did. I went to my pharmacy three times, but they never got her authorization. I played phone tag with her for four weeks trying to get my medication, only to finally hear from her assistant that she no longer takes my insurance. She never returned my phone calls and I never spoke to her after the initial consultation. She even had me go to a primary care doctor to be cleared for medication (where I had to pay out of pocket), but never started me on anything. I was very disappointed and would never go back. Don’t be fooled by the other reviews. She was very inconsiderate and only cares about the money.

The Dr is just a smart simple classic lady. She knows her business and knows when to press and when to step back. I highly recommend her. I have met many mental health professionals recently and she is beyond all of them. Dr Hyppolite is a class act.

My appointment w/ Hermanuella was wonderful. There was barely any wait time and once I had the chance to speak with her, I could see how sympathetic she was. Sometimes I feel nervous discussing mental health issues but after a few minutes, I felt really at ease and like I could relax and be open about my concerns. I look forward to seeing her again and have to say that it was a very pleasant visit overall.

I had a very positive experience with Hermanuella Hyppolite. She is very easy to speak to and listens very well. Her office was not difficult to find and parking is accessible. I was seen as soon as I filled out the necessary forms. The employees that work at her office were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.
