What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My own experiences in therapy as a teenager sparked an early curiosity about psychology, one that I've been following ever since. That lived experience shaped my deep commitment to creating a warm, authentic space where patients feel genuinely seen and supported. I bring that history and intention into my work, staying mindful of how my own perspective informs my approach and ensuring it best serves you in every session we share.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Authenticity is at the core of how I work. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, integrative, and person-centered techniques, I create a warm and supportive space where you can be straightforward about what you're struggling with and express your emotions in a healthy way, because that honesty is where real progress begins. From there, we work together to identify and address any parts of your stressors that are within your power to change and what may need to be accepted. Every person communicates and connects differently, so I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, ensuring our work together feels relevant, grounded, and genuinely yours.
