I recently moved to Dallas and was dreading having to find a new Gynecologist. I can say now that I am so glad I found Dr. Myears! I don't know if I've ever had a doctor's visit where it was just me and the doctor, no nurses standing by to take notes as they rattle off information. Dr. Myears addressed each of my concerns (I was there for my annual exam and also had questions about getting the HPV vaccine and an IUD). She took me through each of my options, even pulling up pictures online to show me what the different IUDs looked like and explaining the pros and cons of each birth control method. During my exam, we chatted about work and an author that we both love--making me nearly forget the uncomfortableness that is a pap smear. Afterward, her staff was prompt in getting me my HPV vaccine and made sure to check that everything was covered by my insurance before giving me the shot. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Myears and would whole-heartedly recommend her to my friends. She is warm, knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Myears was raised in Springfield, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Missouri summa cum laude and then moved to Dallas to attend UT Southwestern for medical school. She fell in love with Dallas and stayed there for her residency at Parkland Hospital. She served as chief resident and won several teaching awards from the medical students and residents. She is board eligible for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Myears loves making personal connections with her patients and looks forward to taking care of women throughout all stages of life, whether it be a well woman exam, a procedure for an abnormal Pap test, management of abnormal bleeding, a high or low risk pregnancy, or the menopausal transition. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, snowboarding, and is looking forward to getting married in 2016

Great doctor. Super pleased with how detailed they are. Everyone in the office is very nice. Had a hard time with parking and was 10 min late. I didn't fill out my profile online before the appointment. The receptionist said that she couldn't check me in until thats in. They wanted me to reschedule. Really had to push to be seen because I took the day off from work and my insurance was running out for the year. Was stuck in a bind. Felt embarrassing in front of everyone in the waiting room. I did get seen and everything from then on was pleasing. Very professional. I will be back next year or for any problems during the year.
Please tell patients before their appointment (on the phone) that they cannot be seen before their online profile is done. Knowing this would've been helpful.

I only had to wait 5 minutes in the waiting room. At other obgyn's that I have gone to I usually wait over an hour, so I was extremely happy to be called right away. Dr. Myears was extremely nice and answered all my questions in detail. I will definitely be using her from now on.

Dr. Myears made me feel very comfortable and she was very informative when responding to my questions. She took the time to talk through all my options for birth control and was extremely knowledgeable. I had two previous OBGYN doctors and both were cold and short on information. This was a wonderful change from my past experiences. Dr. Myears was very friendly and I would recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Myears is wonderful! Very personable, asked how I was feeling and got to know me a little bit before the exam. I was very nervous, but she explained everything as she was doing it and was very gentle. She listened to and answered all of my questions, made 100% sure that all of the exam and treatments would be covered by my insurance, and was all around very sweet and understanding. I definitely recommend her, and will be going back!

Dr. Myears was awesome, I really liked her! The wait time was kind of long, but that was because she got called down to the ER and she apologized profusely for the wait time. She was very personable and wanted to meet me and get to know me a little before my exam. She was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Also, her nurse, Mercedes, was great as well. They were both very nice and made me feel like I had known them forever, even though this was my first visit. I felt very comfortable with her and I would definitely recommend her!!

I've only been here once but I will definitely be returning. Dr. Hillary Myears was amazing & made feel extremely comfortable. She kept me well inform the whole time & explained to me how everything would go. Her staff is friendly also plus I was only in the waiting room for 5-10 mins. Glad I found out about this place.

Very nice doctor. Made me feel very comfortable. She cared for everything I had to say and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She is thorough and takes care of all ends to make sure she finds a solution/answer to whatever the issue is or concern you may have. Not only did she address my concerns, she actually cared for my feelings, answered all my questions, it was a great experience! She exceeded my expectations, im happy I found her and made appointment with her!

This was my first experience at the OB Gyn. So I had a lot of question. Dr. Myears was very patient and went over my plan of care in detail. She also was able to give me names of physicians who could care for my other problems. I definitely plan on coming back.
