Please note: • Self-pay cost is $105 for a first-time appointment and $75 for subsequent appointments. • Out-of-network insurance is considered self-pay. • We have a $45 no-show fee for new patients only, which will be billed to the patient if they do not reschedule or show up for their appointment.
