But I must report that while the office is clean; neat & tidy; even comfortable; it is lacking in the latest technology/equipment.

This physicians office did not have any record of me. The unfriendly staff let me know that they don't have anything to do with ZocDoc and they could not see me today or any other day. In fact they don't even take my insurance.
This is sad because I am very sick and needed to be seen before Thanksgiving.
I would not recommend this site or Dr. Best office.

I drove an hour for my appointment, arrived on time, waited 40 minutes before asking when I would see the Dr and was told another hour. A woman who arrived after me and after the 15 minute grace period for appointments was going to be seen prior to me even though it's posted in their waiting room that if you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a walk-in (Meaning you're bumped to the bottom of the waiting list). Had I known this office sees patients whenever they feel like showing up, I would've just gone 90 minutes late and maybe my wait would've only been 20 minutes in stead of almost 2 hours. On top of an insanely long wait time, the staff had no intent to communicate what was going on to me or the other 2 people waiting. Complete apathy and disrespect for the time and well-being of others. The appointment was supposed to be so I could receive the results of some ordered tests I had over a month ago that the Dr. never bothered to follow up on. I'm really upset and frustrated with how this office has handled everything.

This doctor as I havr said many many times, is a caring professional that has assisted me in lowing my A1C feom a 12 to a 7.1 in 4 months! I am amazed as numerous doctors havent done this since 2000! He has saved my life!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Be specifically because I was looking for a PCP who actually met my basic needs. I chose him based on reviews like this one, and I wasn't disappointed. He spent enough time with me during the office visit, asked a lot of questions, and provided me with a referral which I desperately needed but which my last doctor refused to give me for reasons still inscrutable to me. I don't consider myself overly critical of doctors, but I do know some stuff about medicine and usually have a sense of whether or not a particular doctor is a bit of a quack or not. I feel confident with Dr. Be that I can establish a productive patient-provider relationship that will last a long time.

well to be honest it really wasn't the doctor my family and I are use to the office was dark and not inviting , and I think because I told him we were looking for new family doctor he could have been warmer towards us but he seemed to intimidated , good for medi-cal patients but not for private insurance ....

Came in with questions and almost every one of them was answered with "well you should see a ***** doctor for that," or "you should lose some weight." No actual answers for my joint, muscle, or ocular issues. Additionally, I realize obesity can lead to health problems but I am young and am only technically obese (not morbidly obese), and to be repeatedly told "you need to lose weight" after the doctor has told me several times by this point is 1. Rude 2. Annoying and 3. Really does wonders for my self esteem and motivation to lose weight. Thanks....I'll go get a snickers now.
