The doctor was very nice. However, the wait to be seen was excruciating. Prior to the appointment, I was asked to reschedule to a time 2hrs before my original time because the doctor had other arrangements in the afternoon. After I got to the doctor's office, I noticed that multiple people were book for the rescheduled time. I ended up waiting 2hours at the office and got seen at the time I was originally booked for. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence.

Extremely disappointed. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. During my visit, I was prescribed a medication that I was supposed to start that same night. However, after I left, my pharmacy informed me they needed a substitute and had contacted the doctor’s office. I called the office every single day to follow up, and it’s now been six days with no response from the podiatrist. That’s six days without the medication I was told to start immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.
This wasn’t the only issue. The front desk staff seemed completely disorganized—I was trying to pay and leave after my appointment, and they told me to sit down because they thought I hadn’t been seen yet. The doctor also failed to explain all my treatment options, which I only learned about after getting a second opinion. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—go somewhere else.

Skyla, MA reviewed medical information, performed xray of affected foot then handed me off to Dr Mirza. Dr Mirza provided a thorough assessment of my condition based on her interview and visual examination for my sore Great R-Toe (gout). Dr Mirza suggested Rx and staff accommodated by having CVS fill the Rx before i arrived home! Lab work was efficiently performed two floors below at Quest Diagnostics before i left the building. Easy access, efficient and courteous service and my visit was covered by Medicare/Part B. Schedule an Appt with Dr Mirza with confidence! Highly recommended!
