Dr. Behsudi was great. I knew that she would take the time with me that would be needed. However, I only needed about 10 minutes. I had an appointment at 10:00 am and I arrived 15 minutes early. The website said that appointments would be taken first. I'm not sure if that happened or not, but others came in and were taken before me. I was finally taken in at 11:15.

bedside manner was fine, but the doctor wasn't much help to me. She offered to provide me with a bunch of information (including brochures about different treatments) but never actually provided them. The lack of follow-up made me feel like the doctor didn't really care.

Wait time was just under 30 minutes. Reception and nurses did not have the best of manners, but not the worst either. Doctor was not outstanding but she was a good doctor and very efficient, as well as polite.

The dr. visit was great. The online scheduling was a bust - the receptionist said somehting was not working properly. Kind of frustrating to have made an appointment and then have to wait because there is no record of it.

Start to finish, wonderful experience. Very friendly staff. Friendly nurse. And Doctor Behsudi herself was extremely attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I never once felt like she was in a hurry, or anything bothered her, like previous doctors. 10/10 experience.
