We request that you DO NOT schedule an appointment if you are unsure that you will keep the appointment ! Once booked, please DO NOT CANCEL.
All patients require an initial 15 minute office visit consultation, which includes treatment of any current problem, BEFORE complete one hour physicals can be scheduled. $50 'No Show' charge if appointments not kept, per standard office policy.
Dr. Michael H. Leonidov graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio in 1986. He completed his residency at Franklin Square Hospital Center Family Practice in Baltimore, a MedStar facility. He is board certified in Family Medicine, has been in practice in the Kingstowne area in Alexandria for over 35 years, and is affiliated with Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Jessica, who works at this office, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her attitude was aggressive, and she treated me very poorly. She seemed irritated for no reason and spoke in a disrespectful manner, which made the experience very uncomfortable.
The doctor himself was good and professional, and I have no complaints about the medical care. Unfortunately, because of Jessica’s behavior, I would not recommend this office. The staff clearly needs better training in professionalism and patient respect.

First, the office was under construction, so there was dust and dirt everywhere and a pile of debris in the middle of the room.
Second, the appointment was for 330. We didn’t see the doctor until 520. He said he was very busy that day.
We were a new Patient. Zack did not tell us, but he said he only sees new patients initially for a 15 minute consultation not for the physical we signed up for.
In the end we got our 15 minute consultation no physical and waited over two hours to see the doctor for the 15 minute consultation.
Will not be going back to see him.?
