Education and Training
Dr. Chaboki earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University and his MD from the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2000. After completing his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, he served as a facial plastic surgery fellow. He continues to instruct other physicians in both facial plastic surgery fundamentals as well as more specialized techniques. His research includes nasal surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty.

I had never been to the office before and overestimated my transit time, and I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was seen 20 minutes before my actual appointment time. I did not wait any time for the doctor once in the exam room. The doctor and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The doctor was clear and thorough in explaining what he would be able to do for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Had my first consultation with him. At first I was nervous but, he quickly put me at ease and was easy to talk to. He went through step by step on how his procedure would go and stopped from time to time to ask if their were any questions I had before going on. I felt totally comfortable and the ladies up front were cheerful and helpful!

I have seen Dr. Chaboki for years and he is fantastic! He is very efficient but takes time to explain what is going on and possible options. The only negative is with his staff. I tried to call today to ask a question and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I was then disconnected and never got to speak to a staff member. The office definitely needs to fix their telephone system! Even with the office issue I still highly recommend Dr. Chaboki!

NO doubt this Doctor is brilliant and quite accomplished. He is also very kind and charming.
He saw me for severe ear pain and pressure in both ears, yet no infection was to be seen from looking at eardrum. I thought that the pressure of the ear can be measured with a special instrument...but it was not employed. I was relieved that there was nothing 'serious'; I felt quite perplexed as to how I could have such incredible ear and head pain. Helpfully, Dr.Chaboki explained other reasons that could cause my pain and gave me excellent referrals with which to follow up.

Dr. Chaboki is an absolute miracle worker. He is knowledgable, efficient, and gets right to the heart of the matter.
