“Started with the front desk. Wow. They filled out half the forms on the Ipad for me. I have never seen that before and the receptionist did it with a smile. The medical assistant was extremely pleasant as well. Had a genuine smile and laugh. The doctor was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Not an alarmist but very thorough. On the way out, the front desk smiled and wished me a nice day (which caught me off guard since many offices, they just don't care). ”

“The office staff greeted me when I walked in and were very thorough in updating my chart. The medical nurse came to call me into a room within 5 minutes of my arrival, She was extremely friendly and had a conversation with me about my winter in Florida.. She asked me about my medications and asked if I hadj any questions. Then Dr Guss came into the room. He was also interested in what my winter was like and how I felt. He was thorough in completing my visit and explained what procedures I needed and don’t need. All in all, it was a relaxed and pleasant visit.”

I DO NOT recommend this office let alone Dr. Guss to anyone. The minute I walked in, I was not met with any kindness whatsoever besides the front desk receptionist being nice. The nurse who brought me back was extremely rude and kept stating that what I was telling her was "unimportant" and that she was only going to put in what she thought was important to my chart. Once the doctor came in, it got even worse. Not once did he ever acknowledge what I was saying and how significant it was. Instead I was met with being brushed off, was told I was in a sense a "controlled experiment", and was met with a condescending tone the entire time where he was completely sarcastic about everything he said, showed no interest in trying to help me, and moreover was visibly aggravated that I was even there to see him for another opinion. He lacks professionalism and does not care about his patients whatsoever. Steer clear of him and his entire office.
