About Dr. Hsin Li
My aim as a family medicine physician is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities. I hope to partner with my patients to build a foundation of trust and to provide individualized, high-quality medical care. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University, New York, and hold a Master's degree from the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University. I completed my residency in Family Medicine at Garnet Health Medical Center. The best reward as a family physician is seeing my patients and their families live long, fulfilling lives.

I really liked Dr. Li she was extremely attentive and made me feel comfortable and heard. I highly recommend her. My only complaint about my visit was the front desk staff. I didn’t feel welcomed, I felt a little bit as if I was an inconvenience to them for just checking in. When i walked up they were talking about their food order and they didn’t stop until I had to say something, I was never greeted. Nothing against Dr. Li I just wish the front desk staff would be more professional, especially at their place of work.

Dr. Li was so friendly and thorough and it felt like a conversation with a friend. Even though I know the office was very hectic and busy during my appointment, she did not rush at all. The office is extremely nice and easy to access and the staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Going to the doctor is not something I look forward to doing, usually, I feel like my previous PCPs just give me 5 minutes (max) of their time, and the ones doing all the work are the nurses. But today I enjoyed my appointment, and felt comfortable my new PCP took the time to get to know me, she explained every single procedure and constantly checked if understood everything she explained to me during my appointment.

My daughter came down with a bug and had to see someone right away. Although she wasn’t prescribed any medication, the doctor was very explanatory for what to expect and her treatment plan. The doctor listened and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We will be transitioning to her as our family physician.
