Ifeoma Okwu is a dually board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who is licensed to practice in the state of Washington and California. She treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and specializes in mental health, weight management, sexual dysfunction, and thyroid optimization.
Her approach to psychiatric care includes the utilization of an integrative approach to treating a variety of mental health conditions. This includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders and more.
Ifeoma believes in restorative medicine, that is, getting to the root cause of physical and mental health problems and employing a combination of naturopathic approaches to treatments, including traditional and holistic medications, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, and mindfulness practices for improving health and wellbeing.
