Gloria Ayifi, the nurse practitioner who examined me, was very kind & thorough and addressed the issues I was having. The best part was that they were able to see me on such short notice as it literally saved me from loss of employment.

Gloria was nice and efficient. Listened to me and my medical concerns. Dr. Pinwheel was in and out but made sure I understood instructions, allowed time for any questions, and made sure I didn't have any needs that I felt were not addressed.

Very attentive, concerned, and friendly. Our 9 month old had a terrible rash and she was in no rush to try and throw us meds and leave like some places. She took her time to ask all the questions and dug to the root of the issue. Administered meds and had us wait to see its effects which I was so happy for! We left with peace and answers!! Thank you so much!

The provider, Kyle, was great. He did a good job of explaining my problem and prescribing the correct medication. However, I had an appointment at 3PM and I wasn’t seen until 3:30 by the MA to take my vitals and around 4PM by the provider. Why even offer appointments if it isn’t possible to be seen at least CLOSER to the appointment time? When you’re sick, that is just aggravating!
