Dr. Borochov took time to explain about my cyst near my ankle and was advised to do a minor surgery to take it out. She made the initiative to call my insurance so we can get authorization and get the surgery done right away. She's pleasant, approachable and truly cares for her patient-- she again explained to me and my mom the surgery and how I should take care of my self post-op. She also called me after the surgery to make sure I'm doing fine. It's a nice warm feeling knowing that she is with me in every step of the way, from diagnosis to recovery. I would also like to give a shout out to Gramercy Center-Queens, where I had the surgery-- their staff were caring and efficient.
Once again, I highly recomment Dr. Borochov. She's excellent at her field.

The office is mess. They have rescheduled. They have changed the doctor. They have asked payment upfront. They could not give receipt until weeks later. Wait time was too long, more than one hour. The doctor rushed it and spent only 3-4 minutes with me the patient.
