Ingrid Maria Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in mental health. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from West Coast University, completed a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Regis College, and holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg. Driven by her passion and strong commitment to helping people achieve their life goals and potential, she takes pride in providing the highest quality care to transform her clients’ mindsets and help them live their best lives.

My priority is to build rapport and support my clients in their journey to wellness. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment that fosters personalized care and understanding.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I tailor your treatment according to your individual goals. My responsibility is to support you in your quest. In other words I "work" for you. I am open to feedback and welcome it.
I provide a holistic approach. I work with clients and families of all ages and all paths of life. I embrace cultural diversity and understand try to understand your personal needs.

To start the appointment was a hassle to connect there was more than one link.. appointment call was cut at some point and she never called back or reached out.. i was clear I didn’t want any medication and she sent a test kit to my house anyway to see medication options… I will not be going back.

This was an absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience.
I had 2 initial sessions with Suazo that were fine. I came back for my third appointment because I needed a refill of my medications and I needed to check in due to a terribly chaotic few weeks. The session was going over, so Suazo asked if she could call me right back after she talked to someone else. She implied it would only take 15 minutes to call back. I waited for over an hour, and sent multiple texts to the assistant and her (they share the same number and can both see the texts). They did not respond to me for over a day, and when they did they said "the doctor won't be making new appointments any time soon" meanwhile she's available literally every 30 minutes (as reflected on ZocDoc). She left me without medication which I needed immediately. I am on many medications for Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, and many disorders. And she left me completely in the lurch without medications or explanations. Completely disgus
